Licensed Vocational Nurse

NeuroRestorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges.

In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans.

Our NeuroRestorative facility located in Artesia, CA, is a fully licensed JCAHO accredited Congregate Living Healthcare (CLHF) facility that specializes in brain, spinal cord and other life-altering injuries and medically-complex illnesses.

We offer in-patient treatment in a residential home-like setting to individuals of all ages, which includes Neurorehabilitation, respite, post-acute, and sub-acute care.

We offer a variety of services including amputee care, complex wound care, G- and J- tube feedings, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, multiple IV Antibiotic therapy, pulmonary care, social & recreational activities, and more.

Licensed Vocational Nurse

Per-Diem Day shift available : 7 : 00 am-7 : 00 pm

Per-Diem NOC shift available : 7 : 00 pm-7 : 00 am

Dayshift LVN rates : $$ per hour; base pay rate based on experience

• OT past 8th hour
• DT past 12th hour

NOC LVN rates : $$ per hour; base rate based on experience

• $2 NOC shift differential
• OT past 8th hour
• DT past 12th hour

Artesia, CA

• 10-bed NeuroRestorative facility located on Gridley Road
• In-patient residential setting sub-acute rehab
• Ability / option to move into fulltime positions if / when available
• Ability to pick up shifts at any other NeuroRestorative facility
• Ability to transfer to other NeuroRestorative facilities
• Low patient ratio
• On demand pay via Dayforce Wallet

The heart of what we do is support and serve people with brain injury

• Conduct assessments, implement health care plans, and respond to changes of condition
• Communicate with the physician and external medical centers to ensure consistency of essential medical information
• Monitor and ensure physician orders are documented and carried out as prescribed

Qualifications :

• Current state LPN / LVN License
• Current CPR certification
• Excellent assessment skills with the ability to exercise critical thinking in the clinical environment
• Effective communication skills ability to communicate with team members, medical professionals, those we serve, and their families
