Full-Time Customer Service Specialist (Teller)

Your responsibilities :

  • Provide quality service while completing a variety of customer transactions
  • Utilize face-to-face opportunities to engage our customers in a friendly, positive manner while referring the Banks products and services
  • Listen to customer needs and refer solutions for their banking needs.
  • Process cash, check, and payment transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a friendly, positive attitude.

Required Skills

  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality in all customer (internal and external) matters.
  • Must interact professionally with other employees, board members, customers and external vendors.
  • Previous customer service and cash handling experience.
  • Basic computing skills and experience with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

Required Experience

High school diploma or GED required.
