Client Engagement : Interact with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.
Inbound Calls : Manage customer inquiries and provide information about insurance options.
Insurance Consultation : Offer expert advice on insurance products that best fit clients' requirements.
Cross-selling : Identify opportunities to offer additional insurance products to enhance coverage.
Client Relationship Management : Nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Continuous Professional Development : Stay informed about industry trends and updates to provide informed recommendations.
Requirements
Licensing : Active Texas insurance license preferred - required to pass exam prior to start date.
Bilingual : Proficient in speaking Spanish.
Sales Experience : Prior experience in insurance sales or customer service is advantageous.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Customer Focus : A dedication to meeting and surpassing customer expectations.
Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a remote work environment while maintaining productivity.
Team Collaboration : Work effectively within a team structure and contribute positively to team dynamics.
