Job Title : Learning and Development Manager
Job Description
The Learning and Development Manager designs, develops, and delivers training programs that facilitate learning and skill building that supports company initiatives and allows the company to achieve its goals.
This role involves the development of company training programs, materials, and courses, the management of a Learning Management System for training tracking, and the design and implementation of Employee Development Programs including employee certification programs.
The manager will conduct development visits and certifications in conjunction with Area Directors, facilitate training courses as needed, and collaborate with Regional Field Training Managers on manager development programs.
They will also handle new product training roll-outs and follow-ups.

Job Type
This is a permanent position.
Work Site
This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in San Francisco, California and some days remote.
Work Environment
The role requires travel to all field locations to assess training delivery and performance. It involves working closely with the Executive Team and Field leaders, acting as a liaison between the field and corporate office.
The manager will oversee all company training programs and tools, develop educational solutions, revise training materials, and ensure new unit openings and remodels meet company standards.
The position also entails managing the training and development budget, supporting marketing initiatives, and promoting brand awareness, culture, and values.
