The Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) is a versatile andhighly skilled healthcare professional responsible for providingcomprehensive medical and surgical care to adult patients invarious units within the organization.

The RN requires adaptabilityexpertise and a strong commitment to delivering the best care topatients facing a variety of medical and surgical conditions.

As amember of the adult med / surg float pool you will play a pivotalrole in ensuring that patients receive highquality care duringtheir hospital stay.

• AdultICU / IMC
• Adult MedSurg / IMC

Who ShouldApply :

• Associate degree in Nursingrequired
• Active Maryland or Compact RN licenseis required
• BLS CPR certificationrequired
• At least one year of RN experience ina hospital setting

Applicants with an Associates degree in nursingfrom an accredited nursing program may be considered; provided theyare enrolled in an accredited BSN / MSN program within 1 year of hireand complete the degree within 5 years of hire
