- MDS, Benign Hematology
- No of Exam Rooms : 12; 2 (treatment rooms)
- Lab & X-Ray on site
- Trauma Level : II
- EMR : Epic
- Other Info :
- Experience in Autologous Stem Cell Transplant & CAR T cell Therapy preferred
- Chemo administered in OP
- Research / Clinical trials are critical components
