Job Description
New Home Star is a national real estate brokerage that looks and acts as an in-house sales team for local home builders.
We’re looking for motivated, goal-oriented, teachable, personable, and competitive candidates to work within a model home and sell homes to buyers on behalf of the builder.
This role is in Northern Minneapolis, MN, with our builder partner Creative Homes.

New Home Star offers :
- An uncapped commission structure, a full suite of benefits, and best-in-class training & support.
- Income earning potential is based on sales performance and can range from $150,000 to $200,000, contingent upon meeting targeted sales expectations and the conditions outlined in a written employment agreement.
We’ll teach you everything you need to know about becoming a licensed real estate professional with a deep knowledge of sales and new home construction.
