• Deliver efficient and effective nursing carewhile achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient / familysatisfaction.
• Evaluate patients to collect data, observecondition and report changes in condition.
• Contribute tonursing assessments and care planning.
• Administermedications and performs treatments per physicianorders.

Qualifications :

• Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical orvocational ursing.* Must be currently licensed by the State Boardof Nursing or pending icensed practical nurse licensure.
• Experience is preferred in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.*Must maintain current BLS / CPR certification if employed at askilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice ifan assisted living facility.
