Overview

We are looking for a Hospitality Associate to provide excellent customer service to our guests! This role will help with hosting, serving, and customer service.

Hospitality Associate Description

  • Review guest arrival lists to offer a warm greeting.
  • Anticipate guest needs and establish a rapport with them by assisting them with specific tasks (e.g. confirming travel arrangements, taking messages)
  • Customer Service (both in person and on the phone)
  • Assure that health and quality standards are met.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service
  • Should be a customer-focused person with a thorough understanding of the hospitality industry's standards.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and oral.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills.
