What You Bring : - A high school diploma or equivalent. - Experience working with children in camp, recreational, or educational settings (encouraged but not required) - Strong leadership and communication skills that can engage and motivate. - A genuine enthusiasm for working with kids and creating an inclusive environment. - Team spirit and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic setting. - CPR and First Aid (Certification dates available) - A background check clearance (required). Availability : This is a full-time role and the chance to work occasional evenings and weekends for special events. As a Lead Camp Counselor, you’ll be at the heart of the action, overseeing exciting activities and ensuring that every camper has a blast while feeling safe and supported. Your Mission :
