Description :
- Manage the marketingstrategy and execution for leaseups and stabilizedcommunities
- Collaborate with internal teammembers to develop initial marketing deliverables for new leaseupcommunities
- Coordinate with 3rd party vendorson print collaterals digital campaigns renderings photographyvideography and signage
- Coordinate with 3rdproperty management and vendors to implement marketing strategiesand solutions
- Develop and track marketingbudgets for new and existingcommunities
- Research and select appropriatemarketing techniques based on resident profile and marketconditions
- Manage and oversee all propertydigital campaigns including reviewing Google Analytics PPCcampaigns optimizing SEO and ILS
- Conductperiodic website social and reputation audits and provide guidanceto the teams
- Review and manage online reviewsrelated to brand product and residentexperience
- Work with Asset Management onwhitelabel programs
- Develop marketingguidelines for vendors and 3rd party managementteams
- Create and develop companywide marketingprograms and policies to help enhance thebrand
- Collaborate with Public Relations teamson new announcements and strategic corporateinitiatives
- Oversee and manage the corporatewebsite
- Oversee the overall corporate socialmedia message and direction to promote AHVs vision message andbrand
- Research new products programs andservices
- Maintain and develop a master libraryof all corporate and community assets (i.e. logos imageryfloorplans)
- Assist in creating agendasattending meetings and running various marketing and advertisingreports
- Research new trends within thesinglefamily and multifamily industry and other competitive brandsto increase knowledge of interior design community trends currenttechnological advances plans andproducts
- Research and understand consumerprofiles in targeted markets
- Perform otherrelated duties as assigned
- Must be willing andable totravel
Requirements :
- Minimum3 years of marketing experienceneeded
- BachelorsDegree
- Experience in singlefamily andmultifamily residential industries
- Proficientin Microsoft Office Adobe Creative Suiteexperience
- Strong social media and internetaptitude
- Strong understanding of marketingfundamentals
- Strong knowledge and understandingof search engine marketing and optimization and GoogleAnalytics
