You will be a hands-on leader who enjoys coding every day - overseeing the development and maintenance of an all-in-one AI-medical assistant & AI platform that brings the rapid creation, testing, and deployment of machine learning models.
The current stack includes; React.js / Next.js / Node.js / Express / Python. Cloud GCP on Kubernetes, terraform, NoSQL db, foundational and finetuned LLMs.

- Requirements;
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related area. Holding a Ph.
D. is considered an advantage.
- At least five years of experience in designing and implementing comprehensive full-stack solutions across multiple platforms, leading to the creation of intuitive products used by over 100,000 customers.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, ideally in a product-driven technology company, with a focus on cultivating a growth mindset.
- Experience as a Technical Co-founder in a startup or senior leader in a MAANG company is highly desirable.
- Capable of excelling as an individual contributor and has a robust history of building, leading, and nurturing high-performing teams without sacrificing talent quality.
- Specialist in cutting-edge AI technologies, including generative AI, as well as machine learning models, data analytics, and the foundational infrastructure and engineering required to scale these models reliably.
- Proficient in Machine Learning and the development of dependable systems with high availability for AI / ML.
- Skilled in conveying complex data insights in an understandable and actionable manner to non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly driven, proactive, and cooperative, with strong interpersonal skills capable of persuading and impacting decisions.
