Construction Project Manager

Position Overview :

InnoActive Group are leaders in providing project management and technology advisory primarily in public agencies and Fortune 500 entities.

InnoActive Group has managed various construction and technology projects ranging in size from small projects to multi-billion-dollar capital programs.

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to support our growing team. The ideal candidate will oversee multiple construction projects from bidding to execution, be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

You will work closely with senior management, engineers, other stakeholders and act as the point of contact for clients.

You will also be responsible for monitoring project performance, identifying potential issues, and providing recommendations for corrective action.

Key Responsibilities :

• Work with senior management, engineers and, general contractors to ensure alignment with client requirements.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of multiple construction projects, including project initiation, bidding, planning, execution, monitoring and closeout.
• Monitor project performance against established metrics, identify potential issues and risks.
• Provide recommendations for corrective action to project managers and stakeholders, ensuring projects remain on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess project progress, identify risks, and ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Manage and maintain construction project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings and change orders.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Experience working in education, infrastructure, utilities, and building renovation projects.
• Prior experience working with DSA (Division of the State Architect), SFDBI (San Francisco Department of Building Inspection) or HCAI (Healthcare Access and Information) is mandatory.
• Prior experience developing and facilitating the bidding process.
• Proficiency in drawing and document management software's such as Bluebeam.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
