We are looking for an Insurance Customer Service Representative who will also focus on cross-selling and up-selling to meet production goals.
This role requires someone who is independent, coachable, and eager to contribute to our dynamic team.
- Base Salary : $15 / hour
- Commission : Achieving 27 items per month can result in approximately $1,500 / month in commission

Monday - Friday (8 : 30am - 5 : 30pm) Work Schedule
Responsibilities
- Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with clients.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional products to existing clients.
- Process insurance policy payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Facilitate policy changes and updates based on client requests.
- Answering incoming phone calls and scheduling appointments.
- Provide comprehensive insurance education and guidance.
Requirements
- Licensing : candidate must have or obtain a Property & Casualty license before starting.
- Candidate must have previous insurance experience.
- Willing to train someone that wants to obtain their license.
- Experience using agency management systems to organize and manage client information.
- Must be coachable and trainable.
- Collaborative and supportive team member who fosters a positive work environment.
- Driven by achieving personal and professional goals.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
