Position Overview
This fully remote Director of Operations, Contacts, and Insurance at Zenni Optical will work directly under our Sr. Director, Operations, Contacts, and Insurance and be the right-hand person to spearhead supply chain optimization, streamline operations, and strategically launch a new contacts line of business.
We seek a seasoned professional with profound expertise in optical supply chain management and operations, specifically focusing on contacts and insurance.

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business management or related field
- 7+ years of experience as a Director or similar role
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce or a similar industry
- Experience launching at least 1 new line of business
Preferred Requirements
- Proficiency with SQL and Excel
- Ability to collect and research data to analyze complex or diverse information
- 7+ years of progressive leadership responsibility
- Strong understanding of manufacturing capabilities and procurement
- Strong knowledge of business development, budgeting, and strategic planning
- Director-level experience using data to model, inform, and make decisions
- Director-level experience managing external accounts, vendors, and Service Level Agreements
- Director-level experience with pricing comparisons and performance metrics as it relates to operations
