Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for the position of Construction Assistant Project Manager in Denver, CO.
Assistant Project Manager Compensation & Benefits
The base salary for the Assistant Project Manager is $85,000, with total compensation far exceeding the base salary.

Project Manager Duties & Responsibilities
- Reports to Project Manager or Sr. Project Manager
- Assistant project managers assist the project managers in the overall responsibility of the project including cost estimating, procurement, scheduling and satisfaction of clients.
In addition, the assistant project manager evaluates, coordinates and distributes information necessary to complete projects on time, within budget and with quality workmanship.
- Monitor, supervise, and advise of subcontractor performance
- Assist with site logistics for deliveries
- Maintain and update a current CPM schedule at the jobsite at the Project Manager's direction.
- Responsible for all project documentation to include submittals, RFI’s, ASI’s, change orders, logs, as-builts, and meeting minutes.
- Engage and Participate in all meetings on-site including pre-trade, subcontractor and AOC meetings.
Project Manager Qualifications
- 3-4 years of progressive experience in a Project Engineer or APM, on large complex commercial, corporate interior, light industrial, or multifamily projects.
- 4 year degree in Construction or Engineering required.
- Proficient with estimating, scheduling, project financials, and budgets.
- OSHA 10 or 30 preferred.
- Ability to communicate well in English both written and verbally.
- Knowledge of construction procedures, building codes, construction procedures, and rough trade work.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to relate to others.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
