Responsibilities :
- Manage overall operations under the guidance of the District Manager
- Purchasing, inventory control, budgeting, maintaining costs, controlling labor, training, scheduling, safety, and sanitation
- Ensuring an excellent guest experience
Qualifications & Skills :
- At least one year of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Proven leadership and time management skills
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills
