The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of tasks, including processing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and addressing financial inquiries.
This role also involves monitoring financial accounts and implementing necessary actions.
Responsibilities :
- Accurately process financial transactions and maintain detailed records
- Execute account reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger
- Create and review journal entries and month-end close procedures
- Support operational tasks such as tracking employee receipts for corporate credit cards and depositing checks
- Act as a backup for accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Work closely with a small team, contributing to a cooperative work environment
- Demonstrate flexibility in working hours to meet the needs of the business when necessary
The ideal candidate will have Strong Excel (pivots, lookups).
