Job Description :
- Patient Assessment : Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Therapy Implementation : Develop and implement individualized therapy programs aimed at improving patients' mobility, strength, and overall function.
- Progress Monitoring : Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaboration : Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive patient treatment.
- Patient Education : Educate patients and their families on exercises and activities to aid recovery and improve function.
- Compliance : Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain accurate patient records.
Education and Certification Requirements :
NM PT License : Must have an active New Mexico Physical Therapist license.
