Handles high volume of calls, scheduling and confirms benefits and eligibility prior to patient appointments Entering authorizations and at times being pulled to cover as front office receptionist through the cliunic when there are PTO'sVerifying eligibilityCollecting Co-Pays, completing check in processHandling appointments, Monitoring Daily ProductivityBalancing batches and confirming payments / co-pays received at the end of day which require careful handling and properly documented and allocated forAssist with putting supplies away and lifting up to 15 lbs
