Local Travel Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) – Taos, NM

Contract Length : 13 Weeks

Weekly Pay : Up to $2,800 (Based on Experience)

This is a fantastic opportunity for a nurse with strong home health experience, OASIS proficiency, and the ability to thrive in an autonomous environment.

Job Description :

Deliver in-home nursing care to patients in accordance with individualized care plans

Complete comprehensive assessments using OASIS documentation standards

Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and manage wound care and chronic conditions

Provide education to patients and families regarding treatments and disease management

Coordinate care with interdisciplinary healthcare team and ensure continuity of care

Utilize WellSky / Kinnser EMR for timely and accurate documentation

Travel within designated areas with mileage reimbursement provided

Education and Certification Requirements :

Active New Mexico RN license or valid Compact RN license

Current AHA BLS certification

Minimum 1 year of recent home health nursing experience

OASIS documentation experience is required

Experience with WellSky / Kinnser EMR preferred

Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance required
