Job responsibilities include :
- work with shift leaders to manage team
- Implement Smoothie King corporate policies and standards
- Recruit, hire, and train new team members
- Weekly inventory and managing cost of goods
- Weekly order from food vendors
- Schedule employees weekly and manage labor cost
- provide great guest experience
- Ensure store opens on time daily.
- Maintain food management certification
Bonus package : quarterly bonuses based on key metrics and store profitability.
