Job Description

Manage a team of quality technicians towards operational goals and supporting customers. Utilize SPC and statistical quality controls to improve various processes. Lead and work cross functionally on various CI activity. Handle and oversee all in process and final product inspections. Participate in manufacturing leadership meetings to align with site leadership.

The Successful Applicant

3+ years of experience managing a team of technicians, inspectors, or other quality personnel. Knowledge of SPC and statistical quality controls. Exposure to TQP and customer centric, continuous improvement. HAACP, PCQI, and Food defense experience, certifications a huge plus. Understanding of GMPs, Lot Code Tracking, Product Quality Monitoring, Audit Records. Bilingual English / Spanish Preferred.
