We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Pharmacy Manager to lead our clinical pharmacy programs at a premier Level I trauma center and teaching hospital.
This role is essential in providing outstanding patient care through effective management of our clinical pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, maintain, and enhance clinical pharmacy services, overseeing a team of Clinical Pharmacists and Pharmacist Specialists in areas such as Critical Care, Emergency Medicine, Infectious Disease, Oncology, Operating Room, Psychiatry, and Transitions of Care.
- Facilitate monthly Pharmacy and Therapeutics mittee meetings and actively participate in the systems Pharmacy and Therapeutics Council.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure high-quality pharmaceutical care and optimal medication utilization through evidence-based and cost-effective practices.
- Oversee pharmacist training programs, including coordinating APPE student rotations and serving as PGY1 pharmacy residency director for four residents, while supporting PGY2 residency programs in Emergency Medicine, Psychiatric Pharmacy, and Oncology Pharmacy.
- Manage and provide oversight for approximately 35 clinical pharmacists.
Ideal Candidate :
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) degree.
- California pharmacist license (or ability to obtain).
- Minimum of three years in a progressively responsible clinical pharmacy position; PGY1 residency preferred.
Salary Range : $81.77 - $121.31 / hour
