We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to help us maintain our operations.
Job Opportunity : Administrative Assistant
Location : Downtown Dallas
Hours : Monday - Thursday, 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM (30 hours / week)
Pay : $18.24
Key Responsibilities :
Answer phones and manage inquiries professionally.
Perform basic clerical tasks, including data entry and filing.
Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage spreadsheets and reports.
Assist with various administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications :
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to handle phone calls and inquiries with professionalism.
Prior experience in a clerical or administrative role is a plus.
