During peak hours, Chick-fil-A kitchens serve over 400 guests in an hour (that’s a full meal produced every 10 seconds). While serving our guests with delicious food, we must keep our kitchen spotless and well-stocked.

Your Role on Our Team :
- Fully set up and maintain the prep workstation to prepare salads, wraps and side items according to Chick-fil-A standards
- Prepare locally sourced produce (tomatoes, strawberries, etc.) for use throughout the day
- Assist the BOH Leader in preparing catering orders (sandwiches, trays, etc.) for large parties
- Adhere to all Chick-fil-A food safety standards and procedures

- Excels in a fast-paced environment
- Loves serving, helping others and values teamwork
- Willing and able to lift up to 50 pounds
- No kitchen or restaurant-specific experience necessary
- Excitement to learn and take initiative
- Enjoys repetitive daily tasks
