We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Analyst to join our team, providing high-level support to our CEO and Supply Chain Team.
The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for analyzing and optimizing supply chain processes from procurement to delivery.
This role involves collecting and interpreting data, identifying trends, and developing strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
The analyst will also utilize coding and modelling techniques to support data analysis and decision-making.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Supply Chain Analyst or in a similar role, with a strong background in data mining, analysis, and reporting.
- Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CPIM, CSCP) preferred.
- Familiarity with supply chain processes, including inventory planning and warehouse management.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), MS Office, ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and relational databases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a solid understanding of business acumen.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex scheduling and calendar conflicts.
- Strong project management skills, ideally with experience in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
Duties and Responsibilities
- Data Analysis :
- Collect and analyze supply chain data such as shipment and delivery times, costs, and inventory levels.
- Develop and implement data collection systems and strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
- Evaluate and report on key metrics and performance indicators to internal stakeholders.
- Modelling and Forecasting :
- Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
- Create complex reports, analyze and interpret logistics data, and develop strategies based on findings.
- Coding and Automation :
- Automate data collection, cleaning, and analysis processes.
- Develop and implement algorithms to optimize supply chain operations.
- Create and maintain dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Process Improvement :
- Identify and recommend cost-saving or profit-maximizing opportunities within the supply chain.
- Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects (e.g., warehouse-slotting, route planning).
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain contract compliance to ensure supply chain reliability.
- Collaboration :
- Coordinate with other departments to identify vulnerabilities and close operational gaps.
- Collaborate with IT professionals to implement effective systems.
- Help foster trusting relationships with business partners.
- Reporting :
- Track KPIs and report on supply chain performance.
- Prepare ongoing reports and data visualizations (e.g., charts, dashboards) to support business decisions.
