Systems Engineering Manager - Direct Hire / Hybrid
- Our client in Watertown, MA is seeking a hybrid Direct Hire Systems Engineering Manager. The Systems Engineering Manager will work directly with Senior Leadership and be responsible for, but not limited to : overall ownership of our client's systems architecture;
- providing daily direction and leadership to the Systems Engineering team; providing hands on technical expertise for the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of our client's infrastructure and applications;
defining, implementing, and managing best practices, policies, and procedures; and determining and managing appropriate 3rd party vendors.

To be considered, you must have : Strong knowledge of engineering systems principles, methodologies, and best practices.Experience in developing and maintaining Enterprise wide Infrastructure architecture, systems, standards, and budgets.
Experience with a combination of the following : 0365, SharePoint, MS SQL Server, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, iSCSI, VMware, VSwitch, Windows Deployment Services, Windows Failover Clustering.

Strong leadership and team building experience with the mindset of acting as a player / coach. This is a hands on technical position with leadership / team management responsibilities as well.
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills throughout the entire organization, up to and including the C-Suite.
Nice to have : Healthcare industry experience with knowledge of EHR / EMR database structureMaster's Degree or equivalent professional experienceExperience working in mission driven environments / volunteer experience
