Embrace Your Role as a Senior Speech Language Pathologist

Your impactful journey involves :

  • Providing direct care to patients and building rewarding relationships by understanding each patient's physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid in their recovery.
  • Assisting with speech language in-service education and our speech language pathologist student program.
  • Mentoring and training new colleagues and other departments as needed.
  • Delegating and supervising speech therapy assistants and technicians.
  • Celebrating patient victories along the way.

Qualifications

  • Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
  • Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
  • CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
  • Bachelor's degree in speech therapy or management. Master's or Doctorate degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two years speech language pathology experience.
  • Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder (when eligible) or specialty professional certifications.
