Maintenance Director (Located in New Jersey)
DePaul Healthcare is looking for an experienced Maintenance Director.
Job Details :
- This is a full-time position with a base Mon.-Fri.
- Schedule and 24 / 7 on-call responsibility.
- Duties include basic electrical and plumbing, painting, light carpentry, and HVAC.
Requirements :
- A minimum of two years of recent building maintenance experience is required.
- Healthcare experience preferred.
- Must have a working knowledge of OSHA and fire safety regulations.
