Responsibilities :
- Process and manage accounts payable transactions, including verifying and reconciling invoices and expense reports.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of W4 and 1099 forms, including data entry, verification, and filing.
- Review and reconcile vendor statements, resolving any discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all financial transactions.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to address and resolve payment issues.
- Assist with month-end closing activities, including account reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Stay current with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Requirements :
- 2+ years of full-cycle accounts payable processing required
- Experience working with NetSuite software highly preferred
