CPA or equivalent certification required10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a controller role or equivalentExperience in enterprise SaaS businesses with multinational operations and at least $100 million of revenueDeep knowledge of global financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS)Experience in private equity-backed environments and M&A transactions preferred
