Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist at Fyzical Campbell in Campbell, CA. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for providing patient care and rehabilitation services.
They will work closely with patients to design and implement personalized treatment plans, evaluate progress, and make adjustments as necessary.
The Physical Therapist will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and comprehensive care for patients.
Qualifications
- Medicine, Physical Therapy, and Rehabilitation skills
- Experience in patient care and home care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Experience with electronic medical records and documentation
- Continuing education and specialized certifications in relevant areas
