PDQ Staffing Inc. is actively seeking reliable and motivated Production Workers to join our team. As a Production Worker, you will play a vital role in the assembly processes of parts in our warehouse facility.
This position requires individuals who are capable of performing physical tasks including lifting, bending, walking, and standing for the duration of their shift.
Position : Production - Assembler
Schedule : Monday to Saturday from 6am to 2pm
Rate : $15.00
Responsibilities :
- Set up and operate assembly equipment as assigned.
- Load and unload parts in and out of welders, dies, trunnions, and / or assembly fixtures.
- Operate equipment for welding, stamping, pressing, crimping, staking, and riveting parts together.
- Ensure the quality and quantity of parts produced meet all quality specifications and production rates.
- Perform light, routine maintenance on assigned equipment.
- Complete all necessary paperwork associated with the job.
- Fulfill any other reasonable requests made by management.
Requirements :
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, walking, and standing for the duration of the shift.
- Capability to lift objects weighing over 40 lbs.
- 1-2 years of previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and safety procedures.
Skills :
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects if required.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
