Associate Attorney (Labor & Employment Defense) - 100% remote if living within 30 miles of downtown LA

Our client is a boutique defense firm located in the heart of downtown Los Angeles on Wilshire Blvd. They have offices in 3 states and for over 75 years now, they have been providing legal services to various practice areas including labor & employment defense, insurance defense, business & financial institutions, education, professional liability, surety & fidelity, real property as well as insurance coverage & bad faith litigation.

Job Details

With 30 practicing Attorneys currently on staff, they are in growth mode and looking to add an Associate Attorney with 7+ years of litigation experience who can focus on their labor & employment defense cases.

Qualifications :

7+ years of experience in litigation and coverage matters

Experience in labor & employment defense cases

Expertise in coverage analysis across liability and property policies

Strong analytical, research, and writing skills

A self-starter mindset with a commitment to high-quality work and client service
