One of our direct clients is actively seeking an IT Project Manager to join their team. Job Title : IT Project Manager Location : Remote Duration : 6 months+ extension Duties : The duties of an IT Project Manager include, but are not limited to : Develops and implement project plans specific to IT projects, including software development, infrastructure upgrades, and system implementations.
Coordinates and oversees all aspects of IT project execution, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Monitor project progress and identify and address any technical issues or risks that may impact project delivery. Manage IT project budgets, resource, and timelines to ensure successful completion within scope and budget.
Ensure adherence to IT project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, to effectively manage and deliver projects.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to IT project team members, including mentoring and coaching, manages deliverable reviews and signoffs;
manages documentation and the knowledge transfer to the business as usual functions; conducts lesson-learned review. Coordinate with all stakeholders, including business users, IT support teams, vendors and senior management, to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
Stay current on emerging technologies and best practices in IT project management to drive innovation and improve project delivery processes.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 5 or more years of increasingly complex project related experience required. Experience working on system conversions and / or systems upgrades.
