The Digital Art Director (AD) leads the concept, design, and execution of creative visual pieces for different social media and digital channels.
A creative social storyteller driven by todays fast-moving social media landscape, the AD excels at building creative visual content and has a social-first view of content, keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Responsibilities
- Creates a wide range of creative, powerful concepts for various social media platforms, including, but not limited to, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube, with excellent judgment, instincts, and a sharp feel for the social media landscape
- Develops engaging social media content that is aligned with clients brands
- Partners with the copywriter and account strategist in the ideation and execution of creative, cohesive assets for clients
- Presents creative concepts to both internal and external stakeholders
- Communicates visual designs, motion design, concepts, and storyboards through compelling presentations
- Joins client meetings, brainstorms, and planning sessions for ongoing projects
- Provides ongoing support to the team in developing, growing, and sustaining positive relationships with clients
- Ensures the highest level of client service by staying on top of deliverables and ensuring timely delivery
- Is accountable for meeting multiple tight deadlines with the ability to react to immediate company or client needs
- Stays up-to-date with all social media trends to ensure the company continues to drive exciting, cool content that engages and entices our clients followers
- Conducts social media assessments and benchmarking exercises for new business meetings
- Helps make content mockups for new business opportunities
Requirements
- 2+ years of work experience in a marketing, public relations, branding or advertising agency, or related fields.
- Content Creation experience a must
- Extensive experience in creative programs including Adobe Creative Suite
- Exceptional presentation skills, speaks concisely; can answer questions with great confidence
- Technical knowledge and passion for social platforms and the digital world
- Strong project and people management skills, ensuring compliance with deadlines
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Bilingual English / Spanish
- Degree in Graphic Design, Art Direction, Visual Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or related field
