Scrum Master

A company is looking for a Scrum Master.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure Scrum is understood and the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines while promoting Agile values and principles

Coach the Scrum team in self-organization and effective communication, both internally and externally

Facilitate all Scrum events and resolve team impediments to enhance the effectiveness of Scrum within the organization

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

0 to 2 years of product or project development experience

Knowledge of an agile framework or method (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)

Experience facilitating meetings at multiple organizational levels

Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
