Providence is calling a Senior Manager Finance who will :

  • Support local ministry / entity leadership teams
  • Serve on local leadership committees as defined by manager and departmental needs
  • Be responsible for financial analysis and modeling in order to evaluate the effectiveness of new programs and to propose recommendations for achieving financial goals and budgetary targets
  • Provide financial analysis for strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting
  • Develop analytical reports to assist in enhancing process improvements and in increasing efficiencies
  • Serve as a resource to clinical service line leaders
  • Develop financial plans, budgets, and support for month-end review of financial statements and other assistance as required
  • Supervise appropriate finance staff

Please note the following important details regarding this position :

  • This role is a hybrid role that will require an on-campus presence weekly as defined by manager and departmental needs
  • Work Week : Monday - Friday
  • Work Shift : Day

Required qualifications for this position include :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a Finance related field of study
  • 8+ years of closely related work experience
  • 6+ years of experience working in a leadership role or similar capacity (I.e. Leadership can be defined as Team Lead, Project Leader, Process Facilitator)

Preferred qualifications for this position include :

Certified Public Accountant, HFMA or FACHE certifications
