- BLS - Basic Life Support : AHA ONLY. RQI is acceptable.
- State License 1 Verification : Online Verification of License to include expiration date and any disciplinary actions (within 30 days before start date).
Must go through primary source which is IN.gov.
Job Details
- Effective 11 / 30 / 24, IU Health will not allow IN RN’s to work at their facilities. The last day for IN RNs to start a NEW contract is 9 / 9 (allows them to finish a contract by 11 / 30).
- Periop / OR RN’s, Allied and Ambulatory RN travelers are exempt from this rule. These IN travelers are allowed to work past the 11 / 30 deadline.
Periop includes ENDO, IR RN, PACU, Cath Lab RN, SDS
- Equipment Used : Phillips : Elite iQon, 7500 iqon, iCT 256, Iqon, and Brilliacne 64
- Call Requirements : Two 8-hour call shifts per 4 weeks as well as one 24-hour weekend shift per 13 weeks
- Schedule : Wed-Fri 19 : 00-7 : 00
- First Time Travelers Accepted
- Skillset Requirements : Minimum 1 Yrs Exp, IV Starts, PACS, Contrasts, Abdomen, Pelvis, Head / Neck, Chest, Spine, and Musculoskeletal
- Unit Information : Trauma 1, Stroke 1, Vascular 1 programs with a busy ER. We also perform advanced exams including Coronary CTA, TAVR, Cardiac, and Low Dose Exams
