Position Overview :

  • Term : 1+ year
  • Location : Remote (100% travel)
  • Pay : $30.00 - $37.00, based on experience
  • Hours : Standard business hours

Our Field Services Team delivers solutions that foster long-term customer relationships. You will respond to customer needs, organize, triage issues, and proactively resolve problems. Training will be provided to ensure you can meet customer needs effectively.

Responsibilities :

  • Addition / removal of non-powered hardware
  • Wiring and connection tasks (non-operational equipment, switchboard cables)
  • Verification and continuity testing
  • Analyzing job specifications and drawings
  • Understanding Scope of Work (SOW) and preparing Job Change Order (JCO) summaries
  • Assigning work to Installers
  • Preparing Method of Procedure (MOP)
  • Writing Job Information Memorandums (JIMs)
  • Resolving specification / drawing issues
  • Updating record drawings
  • Conducting quality inspections

    • Qualifications :

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent
  • Authorized to work in the US
  • Valid driver's license, insurance, and RealID / Passport (for travel)
  • At least 25 years old
  • Basic PC and electronic skills, hardware, and OS familiarity
  • Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodations
  • Ability to travel extensively by car
  • Willing to work rotating and weekend shifts
  • Ability to lift tools and equipment up to 75 lbs. alone, 150 lbs. with assistance
  • Physical ability to perform job tasks (bending, walking, standing, etc.)
  • Willingness to be trained for certifications
  • Basic hand tools (screwdrivers, crimpers, pliers, etc.)
