Responsibilities :

  • Diagnose, operate, maintain, and repair HVAC systems.
  • Travel to job sites, coordinate with dispatch, and manage schedules.
  • Provide excellent customer service, interact with homeowners, and manage vehicle maintenance and inventory.
  • Educate homeowners on additional services and opportunities.

    • Requirements :

  • HVAC trade school graduate or related continuing education.
  • Ability to lift to 75 pounds, climb, bend, kneel, and work in various conditions.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and technical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and iOS devices.
  • Positive attitude, conflict resolution skills, and flexibility in handling multiple tasks.
  • Safe Driving Record Required - We Value Safety and Experience!

While every applicant is considered individually, ideal candidates will typically meet these standards :

    At least three years of U.S. driving experience

  • No major violations in the past three years , such as DUIs, reckless driving, or license suspensions
  • A record free of multiple recent moving violations or preventable accidents
