Senior Global TPRM Program Manager

In this role, you will :

Manage the overall strategic development, maintenance, and distribution of Third-Party Risk Management Program across the enterprise.

Design, develop and oversee the identification and implementation of key criteria for regular monitoring and reporting on third party risk trends.

Ensure that third party risk tools accurately monitor, identify and report in line with global risk policies.

Oversee efforts to influence enhance and mature of Third-Party Risk Management Program and resolutions, in line with the enterprise risk management framework.

Demonstrate thought leadership and subject matter expertise by understanding divisional key concerns and providing direction through the risk framework, governance committees and team support.

• Oversee the Program's change management efforts and management of stakeholders. Own overall ongoing knowledge sharing and training across the enterprise and other teams on methodology, tools and techniques that promote the practice and advancement of quality risk management methods.
• Oversee analysis of assessment data and advises on enterprise-level projects. Provide highest level risk expertise to stakeholders.

Develop an understanding of other emerging third-party risks to proactively identify future third party risk scenarios.

Oversee the strategic direction of projects related to the third-party risk and operational risk framework. Strategically direct multiple cross-divisional projects simultaneously from inception through execution and implementation of recommendations.

Ensure project timelines are met.

• Develop and maintain expert level knowledge and awareness of the investment industry, risk management practices, and regulatory and / or policy changes.
• Develop strong working relationships across Third-Party Risk Management ecosystem to ensure focused and efficient support.

Influence internal partners on risk issues related to third party vendors and external parties, promoting the practice and advancement of the risk framework.

• Oversee enhancement initiatives to improve third party risk oversight and assurance activities.
• Participate in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

What it takes :

• Minimum of eight years related work experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred
• Expertise in executive presentation creation required.
• Strong conceptual / strategic thinking skillset required.
• Strong relationship management skills required.
