In this role, you will lead all aspects of the IT Service Desk, Arena Event Support, and System Administration teams. Additionally, you will ensure their technology environment is reliable, scalable, secure, and optimized to meet the unique demands of an arena and satellite office operations, while ensuring IT initiatives are strategically aligned with overall business objectives.
