JOB DESCRIPTION
Horizontal Talent is working with a collaborative company to find a Staff Engineer for a 3-month contract in Littleton. This role comes with an attractive pay rate and the potential to be contract-to-hire.
The Staff Engineer will collaborate on improving the client's systems to join their Wireless OSS Platforms department. You will collaborate with internal and external customers to craft product features based on feedback from the RAN Engineering team.
To give you an idea of how this Staff Engineer role would look and feel, here are some areas you can expect to work in :
- Transmit RAN engineering requirements to Product teams
- Own the RAN product vision and utilize it to create a dynamic product feature roadmap
- Communicate customer context and act as the user proxy for your products
- Decompose product features into workable user stories
- Provide technical architecture for new processes and updates
We are looking for a Staff Engineer with working knowledge of an environment where Agile processes were used to deliver various types of development products (problem resolution, business features, etc).
You will also require :
- Knowledge of RAN and IT infrastructures
- Knowledge of the latest cloud technologies
- A desire to learn and contribute to the knowledge of your teams
- The ability to work well and communicate with both IT-technical and business-functional people
