What You'll Be Doing
Operational Leadership
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of the restaurant.
- Ensure efficient and effective use of resources to achieve financial and operational targets.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement.
Team Management
- Supervise and motivate team members to uphold company standards and achieve goals.
- Train, coach, and develop staff on policies, procedures, and customer service best practices.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
- Assist in scheduling, payroll administration, and performance evaluations.
Customer Satisfaction
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure all customer interactions reflect our commitment to exceptional service.
Financial Management
- Assist in managing inventory levels and ordering supplies to minimize waste and ensure availability.
- Monitor expenses and control costs to maximize profitability.
- Handle cash management, deposits, and financial reporting accurately.
Compliance and Safety
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, including those related to employee conduct and safety.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the food service industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and basic accounting principles.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications a plus.
- ServSafe Certification a plus!
