As the Associate Product Manager, Shopify E-Commerce, you’ll have the vital job of growing traffic to this company’s e-commerce website, wowing customers and driving sales for this innovative, taboo-breaking, best-in-class online D2C business.

You’ll get your hands dirty diving into the operations of the site, overseeing a small team of freelance developers and serving as the vital link between discovering customer needs and satisfying them.

You will report to the head of marketing, with dotted lines to the Chief Creative Officer and the CEO. A huge chunk of your time will be spent interacting with the gamut of technical and non-technical stakeholders, including web and graphic designers, creative professionals, web developers, and senior executives.

How you’ll know if you’re a fit

You could be the ideal candidate if you’re highly analytical, data-driven, and genuinely passionate about running an online business.

You’re a highly focused multi-tasker with an innate customer empathy and drive to surprise and delight. You’ve got three or more years’ experience in e-commerce (ideally in the direct-to-consumer channel), two-plus years as a product manager, project manager, or in e-commerce marketing, and a deep understanding of retail e-commerce.

Shopify Plus experience is, well, a big plus!) You’re a confident communicator who can handle a fast-paced environment and often-conflicting stakeholder requirements.

You’ve supervised teams and overseen outside vendors. Last but not least, you’re highly entrepreneurial, and you’ve got a sense of humor, a touch of irreverence, and a flair for the unconventional.
