This role is looking to hire someone that can review resident records, follow Watermark systems, and ensure positive outcomes for residents and the community.
We are looking for someone that has the ability to make every resident feel well cared for and give our family members peace of mind.

Job Requirements
- Receipt and record review for new move-in
- EMR Dashboard review and update
- Census review and update
- Review of incidents and regulatory required reporting
- Pharmacy Order updates in eMAR
- Complete resident assessments and service plans
- Attend and participate in meetings
- Able to work weekends and holidays
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized
- Interested in learning and growing your skill set
