We're growing, and are looking for smart business minds to ensure our continued success.
As a Fast Track GM at our company owned location, you'll train for approximately 6 to 9 months with an experienced HoneyBaked General Manager and then take over your own store (and become bonus eligible!) During training, you'll learn how to lead store operations and be responsible for achieving overall performance goals including sales, customer service, product quality, and staff development.
Our Ideal Candidate :
Is a ready-to-advance Assistant Manager (or someone with GM experience!) from a retail or restaurant environment who is passionate about personal, hands-on service for their customers and can show how they've grown in previous roles.
Is an absolute pro who knows what affects the P&L, can execute a business plan and would never compromise on the quality of the products they serve / sell.
Has a strong desire to increase sales and build relationships in the community, and is a great coach who can identify and develop awesome talent (experience hiring seasonal workers a plus!)

Our store leaders must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. The role does require bending, stooping, standing for long periods, twisting and lifting products and supplies - some of which can weigh up to 65 lbs.
