Lawn Care Technician
Are you passionate about maintaining beautiful lawns and landscapes? Join our team at Lawn Doctor as a full-time Lawn Care Technician ! As a customer-facing brand ambassador, you’ll play a crucial role in providing high-quality lawn care services.
Here’s what you’ll be doing :
Job Responsibilities :
- Lawn Treatments : Apply top-quality products to lawns.
- Shop Work : Perform necessary tasks in our shop.
- Sales : Neighborhood marketing, attend marketing / sales promotions and events
- Customer Service : Offer new services to customers and prospects while in the field.
Qualifications :
- Work Ethic : We value dedication and a strong work ethic.
- Driver’s License : A valid U.S. driver’s license is required - must have own transportation - over 21 is a requirement
- Physical Ability : You should be able to lift over 40 pounds
- Background Check : Pass a drug test and background check.
- Experience : While experience in the lawn care industry is desirable, we provide training for motivated candidates.
Requirements :
- Must possess good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate machinery / equipment
- Ability to meet production goals
- Be able to lift more than 50 pounds
- Be eligible for employment without sponsorship
- A resident of Williamson County - ideally located close to the base location in Georgetown
